Question: How long until my order arrives?
Answer: Our domestic shipping, L1 Free Delivery, takes up to one week (due to pandemic Covid-19, may take up to 2 weeks now). Our oversee shipping, L2 Free Delivery, typically takes up to two weeks (due to pandemic Covid-19, may take up to 4 weeks now)
 
Question: How can I cancel my order?
Answer: You can cancel your order anytime prior to shipment. Orders that have alrady been shipped cannot be canceled. If you still want to cancel at this point, you have the option to return the item for a refund. Please contact us for detail instruction.
 
Question: What happens if I receive wrong item?
Answer: Please take picture of the item you received and simply notify us. We will give you full refund.
 
Question: I do not have paypal account. Can I still order with my creditcard?
Answer: Sure! Simply follow the checkout process. When you click ‘Proceed to paypal‘, you will be automatically redirect to secure paypal login screen. From the screen, choose ‘Pay with Debit or Credit Card‘ option.
